We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Operations Analyst. This role is located in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. You will need to have Financial Services and Customer Service background.


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Query Management (issues with transaction, account opening, settlement, distribution issue, onboarding users)

• Be aware of the risks of team operations and deliverables and ensure required controls maintained and procedures complied with.

• Timely escalation of issues to Team Leaders and Managers.

• Complex query resolution and support of more junior team members.

• Provide training and guidance (where appropriate) to less experienced co-workers.

• Provide support to Team Leaders in the daily review process.

• Other project work and ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Cover Team Leader role during planned leave and annual holidays.
