Marketing and Business Development Executive

We are recruiting for a Marketing and Business Development Executive on behalf of one of the UK’s most talked-about law firms. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a professional services environment who is ready to take on more responsibility and autonomy. You will drive forward projects that have a real impact on the business and gain recognition for your contributions. The firms small, but powerful marketing team works on a range of projects to raise the firm's profile and support over 400 lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the wider team to create pitches, proposals, and bespoke marketing documents/brochures.
  • Maintain the current client list approved for marketing purposes.
  • Keep the team’s pitch successes database up to date.
  • Develop new ideas and campaigns to reach clients and potential lawyers.
  • Assist with monthly CPD networking sessions to raise the team’s profile and support lawyers.
  • Help organise and attend internal events to enhance lawyers’ profiles.
  • Assist with legal directory submission tasks for Chambers UK, The Legal 500, and others as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background and interest in business development and marketing within professional services.
  • High level of written English, especially spelling and grammar.
  • Confident with computers and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with InDesign is advantageous but not essential.
