The Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team and hopefully become our next Account Director and beyond.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing our day-day relationship with key clients, ensuring they maximize their benefits through the adoption of our tool in existing markets and channels. Your primary focus will be engaging key stakeholders within these markets and ensuring the tool is used effectively to drive agreed metrics.


You will be working with some of the leading drinks brands in the world, and we will need you to have excellent interpersonal skills to help build relationships across their businesses, and help them to get the most out of our award-winning technology.


You will need to deliver winning presentations, and have the project management skills to help us successfully manage their needs and requests. If you are good at client relationships, project management, and have experience working with/for large Drinks brands, this is the role for you.


This role offers flexibility in terms of full-time or part-time commitment, with the potential for either a Contractor or in-house position for the right candidate.

Future share options are also available for the right fit, or a more senior role and title.


We want you to quickly become Account Director or even Global Account Director, growing with us as we grow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Brand users, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our tool.
  • You will be closely supported by our Founder, who will manage the top-tops with clients.
  • Engage and support stakeholders within existing markets to ensure effective tool usage against key metrics
  • Initiate projects with the client, check feasibility, and work out budgets, teams, and resources in conjunction with other internal leads.
  • Prioritise project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth workflow
  • Carry out planning for the needs of your clients, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Present and demonstrate the tool’s capabilities and benefits to clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and decks to clients.
  • Capture product requests and feed into the Product team for scoping and prioritization
  • Using Asana or Jira to deliver these projects
  • From time to time, you may need to handle some platform management and customer service tasks, supporting the Customer Service team to manage incoming queries and supporting them where needed with the management of campaigns, bookings, and information on the platform.



Qualifications:

  • Experience in and understanding of Customer Marketing on the brand side or agency side is a must: ideally having worked for/with Drinks Brands.
  • Hospitality or wider CPG experience is a plus.
  • Experience in product/tech/SaaS/startup environments would be a bonus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be good with people and a confident presenter.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering presentations and building decks.
  • Project management experience to help manage the various needs and initiatives that come out of interactions with clients.

Salary: Competitive Rates, commensurate with experience.
