- To assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the employees welfare, safety and development.
- ?To assist the reception team in providing all staff with on-going service standards training and food and beverage product knowledge.
- ?To supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
- To strictly adhere to the departments operational budget and ensure that all costs are controlled and expenditure approved.?
- ?To attend training and meetings as required by the Reception Manager.?
- To conduct and contribute to regular departmental communications meetings.?
- Manage the reception desk and the flow of service into the restaurant in the Managers absence?
- You have 2?years?+ experience in this position?
- Solution-driven individual?able to work?under the pressure of peak service?
- You love to wow guests with exceptional service?
- You have excellent English language skills?
- You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair?
