Job Description

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Reception and Events Manager to join our team in the UK. This role will be responsible for managing the front-of-house reception area, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, handling queries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Assist with updating office guides and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar reception or events role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
