About the role


We are looking for a part-time Admin Executive to support in making YF a brilliant place to work.


Reporting to the People & Operations Manager, you will manage our community and events admin, training programme coordination and financial bookkeeping. You will be involved in making sure our office spaces are clean and well-organised, you will assist with HR operations and support the general running of the business day to day. You must be someone who prides themselves on their ability to organise themselves and others. You will be working in a fast-paced environment. This role will be part-time working 3 days per week.


As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:


Community & Events management:

  • Managing the community inbox and whatsapp, onboarding and offboarding of community brands and event set up and logistic management.

Training programme coordination:

  • Logistics of all YF training programmes e.g. securing and co-ordinating trainers, booking rooms for training, managing training operations and tracking.

Financial bookkeeping:

  • Managing the accounts inbox, raising sales invoices, posting purchase invoices, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, processing expenses and support with month end.

Internal Operations:

  • Managing the central YF inbox, management of outsourced IT support, office management and support with planning of internal events.

PA duties to Senior Leadership:

  • Ad hoc coordination of meetings and travel arrangements as well as admin needs for SLT.

HR operations support e.g. onboarding/offboarding administration
