Hours: Fixed Term Contract~ Part Time / Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Type: Maternity Cover / 22.5 hours (with flexibility of WFH)

Location: London Office


The Role:

Support the effective delivery of the EMEA Parenting Leave Transition Coaching Programme at a large corporate financial firm. Drive coaching engagement to ensure high level of coaching utilisation. Contribute to a positive working environment, promoting the core values of the firm: Client Service, Excellence, Integrity and Partnership.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Deliver onsite and virtual 1:1 coaching sessions to new and expectant parents across Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Ensure use of applicable coaching tools and frameworks
  • Support FCP Lead in delivery of coaching strategy
  • Act as the first point of contact for all coaching queries
  • Keep track of all live coaching cases while ensuring connectivity with coachees between sessions
  • Support and signpost coachees to firm’s offerings and services relevant to parenting population
  • Ensure coaching session record keeping and any necessary follow ups with the coachees are completed in timely manner
  • Coaching diary management
  • Collaborate with Family Care Programme Lead (FCP) and support delivery of relevant coaching MI reporting – tracking engagement, providing insight and collating feedback on coaching sessions
  • Drive engagement by co- facilitating Parenting Meetings, Panel Events and participating in internal forums and webinars
  • Support employee enrolment and drive engagement of the online and app based Parental Leave Toolkit
  • Host quarterly coaching webinars
  • Support with coaching collateral review


What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience of delivering 1:1 coaching for a large corporate organisation with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience in Leadership, Career and/or Life Coaching
  • Experience in building engagement and delivering a high standard of work
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders



Qualifications:

  • +4 years of extensive coaching experience, preferably but not essential with specialist experience in navigating careers and family life and at an executive level
  • An accredited coach certification
