As ESA launch their Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia they have amazing opportunities for career growth for their new team in the region. This role will be located in Riyadh, working within the most prestigious international schools to offer the students ESA's services.
The Candidate
We are looking for a Full-time Swimming Coach to deliver sessions in our extra-curricular and external clubs.
Job Responsibilities
- To complete the necessary planning and preparation prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.
- To provide positive, fun and safe coaching sessions.
- Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.
Job Requirements
- Level 2 coaching qualification
- Proven experience as Swimming coach
- Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector
- Experience working with students aged 3-16 years
- An enhanced CRB/DBS check
- Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate
- First Aid qualified
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and other members of staff
- Ability to understand the learning process and training principles
- Ability to motivate and assist children to develop new skills safely
