About The Job

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a dynamic marketing strategy that spans multiple products and international markets. Managing and collaborating with the marketing team, you'll drive initiatives to elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and deepen client engagement. Your role will involve implementing innovative campaigns across various channels, ensuring that every marketing effort aligns seamlessly with our corporate goals and propels the business forward.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.

Content Oversight: Oversee the creation and distribution of content across multiple platforms, ensuring it is on-brand, aligns with KPIs, and resonates with target audiences in different regions.

Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, webinars, and content marketing.

Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and content for better results.

SEO and Digital Presence: Oversee SEO & PPC strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to improve our digital footprint across all platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively across projects.

Brand Development: Enhance and protect the company’s brand reputation through strategic marketing efforts and communication.

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with strong preference to candidates who have worked in the digital marketing sector
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and content management systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for persuasive storytelling

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
