En tant que Gestionnaire comptes clients H/F, vous serez la voix du client au sein d'Incora en fournissant un service client avec une exigence forte tout en veillant à ce que les besoins du client soient compris et gérés au sein de notre organisation.

Vous serez la personne qui traitera les escalades, les problèmes ou les préoccupations et qui veillera à ce que la communication avec les clients soit toujours effectuée correctement.

Vous avez un sens exceptionnel du service à la clientèle, vous êtes une personne résiliente - comprendre et répondre aux besoins des clients et traiter avec eux est au cœur de votre travail. Vous êtes capable d'établir des relations à long terme avec les parties prenantes et de hiérarchiser votre charge de travail. Vous êtes capable de fournir un service de qualité et d'équilibrer une charge de travail importante.

Nous sommes intéressés par des personnes de tous horizons et de toutes expériences qui occupent un poste où l'exigence d'un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle est au cœur de leur travail. Nous sommes particulièrement intéressés par des candidats issus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou de l'aérospatiale, capables de trouver des solutions aux problèmes des clients.

Ce poste impliquant la rédaction de rapports, des compétences intermédiaires en Excel sont indispensables.

Un niveau d’anglais fluent est indispensable.
