Account Manager | Hybrid - 2 Days In Office | Up to £80K + 50% bonus |


We are partnering with a leading software and data solutions provider that is embarking on a major phase of growth across multiple functions within the business following a recent Private Equity investment.


Their SaaS based solution is used by over 160 customers globally across the private and public sectors to mitigate fraud and financial risk through their technology which uses data, advanced analytics and machine learning to detect threats, and fraudulent activity.


A key part of their growth plans is to expand their sales function, and they are looking to hire an Account Manager who will proactively drive additional revenue through their existing customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate opportunities for revenue expansion.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategically sell products and services to our existing client base by identifying opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure exceptional value, satisfaction, and success.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of short and long-term opportunities to drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead contract renewals and expansions, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging client needs and our product roadmap to anticipate opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging market insights to make informed recommendations that enhance our offerings.
  • Represent the brand at conferences, trade fairs and networking events, showcasing our expertise and strengthening our market presence.


Experience required:


  • Proven experience managing existing client relationships in an account management, sales, or similar role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand customer needs, identify leads and nurture sales opportunities through to close.
  • A good understanding of fraud, AML, credit risk, Digital ID or RegTech is highly desirable.
