Director of Diversity and Inclusion

We are supporting our client, to source a Diversity and Inclusion Director to join the team in a pivotal role. This role will encompass leading strategic priorities and projects on all things D&I and execute these programmes to the highest level. As the business continues to push their agenda you will find ways of continuing to champion the message of inclusivity both internally and externally.
The business is has a clear Diversity and Inclusion strategy and it will be for you to bring it to life and to foster and promote a culture of inclusion, celebrating all forms of diversity to better focus on both its employees, as well as its offerings to clients. Being able to offer an equitable and truly inclusive employee experience at any stage of their involvement within the business is of key interest to the firm.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead on all DEI projects and Iniaitives
- Guide and support all line managers and employees on all areas of best practice on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Conduct research and be the main source of expertise on emerging diversity and inclusion trends and tailor work programs around them.
- Analyse Diversity & Inclusion data and produce reports and presentations on the information collected, providing these as examples when showcasing your work to the business.
- Lead all Diversity & Inclusion committee meetings.
- Ensure adherence to all regulations necessary
The right candidate for this role will be someone with proactivity and already working to a senior level in Diversity & Inclusion with the autonomy to sit in a leading position. A passion for Diversity & Inclusion is given for this role but a strategic mindset will also need to be coupled with this enthusiasm.
