Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Diversity and Inclusion Assistant, this is a brand new role that has arisen after consultation with the firm. The D&I team are growing internally in terms of their scope and as a result they are very excited to bring in a new team member


The Diversity and Inclusion Assistant will be responsible for supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, organising events and workshops, conducting research, creating reports, and collaborating with different stakeholders to promote inclusivity. Some remote work is acceptable.


You must have

  • a real passion for diversity and inclusion principles and practices
  • Excellent organisational skills as you will be assisting with logistics of events across the business
  • Ability to conduct research and analyse data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the legal industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology) is preferred but not essential
