Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing tailored training programs for independent sales staff at various levels of the marketing plan.
  • Help independent sales staff enhance their knowledge of products, services, promotions, and the marketing plan.
  • Support internal teams with training platforms for content delivery, material storage, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging videos, collateral, and digital solutions for training.
  • Provide regional support to localize training materials and offer guidance on training needs.
  • Partner with event teams and independent sales staff to structure event training that meets attendee needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine training content for future objectives.
  • Generate reports to track independent sales staff progress, training completion, and post-training performance.
