About Us: My client is a PE-backed, high-energy organization with over 130 restaurants in their portfolio. Their vibrant and collaborative team is dedicated to creating unforgettable customer experiences and driving operational excellence.

The Opportunity: Due to an internal promotion, they are on the lookout for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in shaping their service ethos and elevating their teams’ skills and confidence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive training programs that enhance service quality and elevate the customer experience.
  • Identify and bridge learning gaps, fostering management and team behaviours that resonate with their purpose and values.
  • Lead and execute learning solutions that support operational and business change.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of digital learning platforms to meet evolving business demands.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role within a fast-paced, multi-site organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful training programs that drive significant behavioural changes.
  • Experience in managing change initiatives and overseeing digital learning platforms.
  • A high-energy, fun, and creative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work at pace, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
