Cluster Director Sales

Our Client is looking for an experienced Director of Saleswith excellent local knowledge on the Corporate and MICE customers in market. The role is demanding and requires a resilient person to embrace the working patterns and demands of the role.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and a dotted line to the property GM this role requires an experienced Leader who can navigate several management levels. This is a proactive role and does not require team management.
The Role:
As Cluster Director of Sales, you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace
Integral part of the growth & development of future and repeat business
Analysis of local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Develop customer accounts and travel to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
Salary and Benefits:
They are offering a salary of circa £45,000 per annum plus 20% bonus
