We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the South East/Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Effectively manage the customer database via the CRM system
* Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, contributing to increased revenue and company profits across all product ranges
* Identify new routes to market through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic planning aligned with company objectives
Requirements:
* Good IT skills, proficient in the MS Office suite including Excel and Word
