If so, you might be the perfect Logistic Coordinator for Malaberg in Coalville.


In this role, you'll manage both local and international shipments, making sure everything runs smoothly and deliveries arrive on time. You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating shipments, talking to co-manufacturers, customs agents, and supporting our production, logistics and procurement teams. Your enthusiasm and ability to build relationships will help us maintain our high standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administration and Monitoring of Stock Levels: Keep track of product inventory using systems like Mintsoft and Receta. Support our Procurement, Production and Logistics team in effectively managing raw materials and planning
  • Manage Shipments: Oversee deliveries within the country and internationally.
  • Handle Paperwork: Complete all import and export documents and manage customs clearances
  • Communicate with Agents: Talk to customs agents in the UK, US, Asia, and Europe.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and co-manufacturers: Organise shipments to and from our suppliers.
  • Support Teams: Help our production and procurement teams with orders and inventory management.
  • Be the Information Hub: Collect and share important information with relevant team members.
  • Gather Documents: Collect and organise all necessary paperwork.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with transport companies and suppliers.
  • Plan Logistics: Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution activities based on our needs.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Monitor inventory and shipments to make sure they arrive on time and resolve any issues.
  • Improve Processes: Look at logistics and production data to find ways to improve, keeping accurate records.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure we follow all regulations and safety standards

  • Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in logistics/or administration.


The Details:

  • Location: Unit 2, Sence Court, Bardon Hill, Coalville, LE67 1GZ.
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Training: We will provide all the training you need.
