We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Co-ordinator to support our marketing team in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including our podcasts, webinars, meetings and annual face to face conference. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for event management.

We are looking for a real team player who is looking to take on a challenge and work autonomously, with outstanding attention to detail. Customer service is paramount, as well as relationship-building skills. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small team that is passionate about events and delivering something really special.

This role will support the delivery of our established face to face conference,
T2RLEngage. The job holder will report to the Event & Brand Manager and will work
closely alongside key stakeholders. T2RLEngage welcomes over 500
delegates each year to London for content and networking across 3 days. The
conference has a small exhibition element (23 stands) and several content streams,
which run simultaneously. The conference also features a drinks reception and an
exclusive gala dinner at a prestigious London venue. It is renowned for it’s high
quality agenda and speakers and has long running relationships with a lot of the
delegates and sponsors. The main aim of the conference is to bring airline senior managers and
technology providers together. Airline delegate attendance is complimentary whilst
tech providers pay to attend via sponsorship packages.

Responsibilities could include:

● Creativity and Input: Providing and implementing creative solutions, follow event trends and present ideas and thoughts to the team
● Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs. Plan and execute smaller webinars, podcasts and online sessions
● Time Management: Ensure all deadlines are met and all aspects of the event are on schedule
● Event Promotion: Support promotion of events through marketing and social media channels
● Maintain Health & Safety Records: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events, following the company H&S policy
● Troubleshooting: Manage on-site operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Working flexibly around changing deadlines and providing creative and efficient solutions to problems
● Teamwork and Collaboration: Providing regular updates to the team, working flexibly in a changing environment to support the team
