As a Senior Executive Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a white-glove level experience to support the Talent Acquisition team, executive hiring managers, and executive-level candidates. Your primary focus will be on providing efficient and effective processes for the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for interview scheduling, CV filtering, and other TA delivery activities under the direction of the team.


Recruitment & Interview Process:


  • Build and enhance knowledge of the recruitment system to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow instructions to assist with the full cycle coordination of the recruiting and onboarding processes, from requisition through hiring.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics, including virtual & onsite interview coordination, possible booking of travel if necessary.
  • Respond to basic queries from employees, managers, and candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate interview tracking in the candidate tracking system.
  • Provide regular and relevant reporting on benchmark progress.
  • Schedule & monitor role-related meetings, including weekly status, prep, & debrief calls.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders and track interview/meeting acceptances and attendance.


Collaboration:


  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate, and high-touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal executive assistants to streamline coordination efforts.
  • Respond to basic queries and requests from managers and employees on various Talent Acquisition-related topics.
  • Support team members with administration requests on an ad hoc basis.
  • Manage candidate reimbursement requests and partner with booking agencies.
