Head Waiter/Waitress - We're looking for a smart, lively, and caring Head Waiters/Head Waitresses to join our fantastic team.

Your tasks as Head waiter/Head Waitress will include but will not be limited to




  • Coordination and smooth execution of restaurant operations.
  • Maintenance of Bardo's standards, prioritising guest satisfaction.
  • Building cooperation between the floor team and kitchen staff.
  • Accurate and efficient management of orders through the POS system.
  • Giving friendly and respectful service.
  • Demonstrated expertise in food and wine, elevating guest experiences.
  • Capability to oversee a section, supervise shifts, and motivate junior colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistent quality.
  • A focus on teamwork and support for management to ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Using your people skills and love for food and wine to always do your best
