Responsibilities:
This is a flexible role - either hybrid or office based for a Business Development Representative at innDex. As a BDR at innDex, you'll be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and business development. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with potential clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and building relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry. A major focus of your attention will be on generating appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
£35-55k + sales based commission.

Experience:
- Lead Generation and Business Development
- Inside Sales
- Cold Calling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in the construction industry is a big plus
