EMEA Programme Aligned Change Manager is responsible for the delivery of programme initiatives that sit outside of core operations to drive client value, continuous improvement and programme evolution.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Service Excellence – EMEA, this role sits within a strategic function responsible for driving the success of AGS Programmes by empowering Client Delivery and associated supporting functions with the knowledge and capability to enable world-class service delivery, as we continue to run, grow and transform our organisation, our products and our services.​

Lead the change management workstream as part of the programme implementation, including development of the change management strategy, creation and execution of the change management plan, and ensuring successful transition to the Client Delivery team to operate the programme effectively following go live.

  • Partner with the Programme Executive to understand your client’s strategic objectives and any initiatives outlined in the programme’s strategic roadmap to achieve these.
  • Conduct impact assessments for programme initiatives to understand the initiative scope and to direct on persons responsible, approach, and tools, to position the initiative to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Provide coaching to programme team members on project and change management practices and tools, to enable them to successfully manage and succeed with delivery of small and medium impact initiatives.
  • Project and change manage initiatives assessed as high impact for the programme, ensuring there is a clear definition of success for all changes, which includes the reason for the change, the (client) organisational / programme benefits, and how these will be realised.
  • Support sponsors to define measures for success at the planning stage of new initiatives.
  • Determine and apply the appropriate project and change management tools based on an initiative’s complexity.
  • Create change management strategies based on maximising utilisation, proficiency, and adoption, as well as managing and mitigating resistance.
  • Ensure methods of sustainment are identified to maintain the desired future state of an initiative.
  • Ensure success of initiatives through realisation of client / programme benefits.
  • Provide reporting and visibility on the progress of all change initiatives within the programme directly to the client, highlighting issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Record change initiatives in the central Change Agenda tool.
  • Support the central Service Excellence team in elevating change and operational excellence competency of individuals within the programme.


Qualifications

  • Proven success in the delivery of complex change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Experience in creation of change management strategies and plans, tailored and targeted to the size and scale of the change and positioned to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to be able to engage, influence and partner at all levels of the organization.
  • Experienced leader, with the ability to inspire others and hold others accountable.
  • Strong capability to identify and align priorities to business strategy.
  • Strong ability and desire to deliver results.
  • Experience analysing complex problems and breaking down components into actionable solutions.
  • Experience of working with and adapting to new technologies.
  • Ability to confidently present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Effective collaborator; able to align multiple parties to achieve a collective goal.
  • Confident in using Office 365 products; particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Previous operational experience in complex MSP / RPO programs - desirable
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner – desirable
