As a NetSuite trainer, you will be responsible for supporting the training needs of the impacted Finance teams. You will effectively apply adult learning and system training methodologies to deliver engaging learner-focused training that equips employees with the knowledge with which to use NetSuite in the business processes they are involved in on a day-to-day basis.

You'll need to have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and written skills as well as experience in successful implementation of business change in complex environments.


What You Will Do

  • Deliver on the training methodology and approach
  • Develop written training materials (User Guides, Quick Guides, Facilitation Presentations, Trainers Notes, and Exercises)
  • Produce bite-sized training videos where required
  • Deliver engaging end user training on NetSuite within business process context using virtual instructor led training format.
  • Support go-live through mop-up training sessions, drop-ins and FAQs
  • Incorporate cross-functional business process context into training materials
  • Input into defining the detailed training data ahead of import into the training environment
  • Support the development of training related communications
  • Work closely and manage the relationships with BAs and SMEs.
  • Assess business readiness post end user training delivery


What You Will Have

  • 7+ years of experience in adult training and/or systems training
  • NetSuite Financials ERP experience required.
  • Knowledgeable in the following integrated NetSuite modules - ZAB (Zone Advanced Billing), ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of learning & development methodologies, tools, and techniques, and a track record of successfully developing leading and implementing change initiatives
  • Experience of working in large scale transformation programmes
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to absorb technical information and communicate it effectively to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), including the ability to listen effectively
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently, work to tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and work with related internal business functions
  • Team working skills
