What you'll be doing:

  • Producing and presenting Monthly and Quarterly reports for the client
  • Producing and ensuring annual contract management plans are maintained
  • Help aid operational teams with continuous improvement projects
  • Monitoring key KPI’s to ensure contract is being adhered to
  • Produce carbon reports alongside Veolia’s carbon team to track improvements
  • Negotiating with the client on changes to the service and upselling of other services


What we're looking for:

  • Contract Management experience
  • Experience in working with local authorities
  • Good people management skills
  • Previous experience negotiating
  • Engaging presentational skills
