About the role
We’re in search of a Senior Talent Manager to join our team at the London office to report into the SVP of Global Talent . The Senior Talent Manager will manage digital-first talent and will be expected to build their own roster. Their role will consist of proactive brand conversations with potential partners for the talent across an array of industries, while handling inbound inquiries and talents’ schedules.
- Identify and recruit top-tier influencers, demonstrating a strategic approach for high-impact campaigns and projects.
- Maintain a dynamic and extensive roster of influencers, ensuring diversity in backgrounds and content niches.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with influencers, emphasising a sophisticated approach to clear communication and an in-depth understanding of elevated campaign expectations.
- Act as the primary senior-level contact between influencers and the agency, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns with a strategic mindset.
- Collaborate at a senior level with internal teams to seamlessly align influencer strategy with elevated client objectives.
- Provide senior-level leadership to the talent management team, guiding and mentoring team members in executing influencer strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and strategic alignment of influencer strategies with elevated client objectives.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with influencers at a senior level, covering compensation, deliverables, and exclusivity agreements with a seasoned approach.
- Demonstrate senior-level leadership by staying ahead of industry trends, evolving social media platforms, and influencer marketing regulations. Provide strategic recommendations that align with the agency's senior-level vision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven senior-level experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing or talent management, with a track record of success at a senior level, preferably within an agency setting.
- Elevated understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing at a senior level.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain senior-level relationships with influencers and clients.
- In-depth familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms at a senior level.
- Advanced analytical mindset, adept at interpreting key performance metrics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance in influencer marketing.

- Location: Our office is located in London Bridge with London Bridge and Waterloo train stations close by.
