We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager/Solutions Consultant to join our team.

The Technical Project Manager/Solutions Consultant is responsible for the scoping, design, and deployment of integrated Identity Verification (IDV) solutions using IDVerse's new Engine SDK. This role involves working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of our solutions into various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project management and solution consulting.


Key Responsibilities:

Solution Scoping and Design:

  • Engage with clients and partners to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and integration challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs that leverage IDVerse's Engine SDK to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Create/maintain detailed technical documentation and integration guides.


Presales Support:

  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and responding to technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and partners.


Deployment and Integration:

  • Lead the deployment and integration of IDVerse's IDV solutions into client and partner platforms.
  • Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth integration and resolving any technical issues that arise.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage customer engagements to ensure successful delivery within agreed timeframes.


Client and Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and technical liaison.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from clients and partners to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.


Technical Expertise and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IDV technologies and industry best practices.
  • Share knowledge and insights with internal teams to enhance the overall technical capability of the organisation.
  • Contribute to the development of technical resources, such as whitepapers, case studies, and best practice guides.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Project management certification
  • 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, project management or a similar role within the identity verification, cybersecurity, or software industry.
  • Proven experience with SDK integration and deployment in client environments.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, system integration, and API design.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and partners


Advantageous

  • Experience with identity verification technologies, biometric authentication, and fraud detection systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to identity verification, such as eKYC, AML, and CTF.


This is a full-time role. We offer a hybrid working model, flexible working conditions and career development opportunities for the successful candidate. This position may require occasional travel to client and partner sites.
