What we’re looking for…

The Field Sales Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in assessing and driving the effectiveness of the various field sales teams within AG Barr.

Influencing the delivery of our core business objectives:

- Market Share growth within Symbol & Independent stores

- Enhancing Visibility & Availability within Multiple stores

- Growing distribution, visibility & availability within Out Of Home and Wholesale customers

This role requires relentless focus on driving performance through analytical rigour, actionable insights, and effective collaboration with our sales teams.

The role holder will work closely with the Field Sales Managers to ensure that our field sales teams efforts are optimised to their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include...

As Field Sales Performance Manager your responsibilities will include;

  • Data Utilisation: Utilise Salesforce and other business tools to track sales activities, performance metrics and market trends. Leveraging advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse internal and external data to understand teams impact against business KPIs, providing regular updates on team and individual performance.
  • Insight Generation: Transform analytical findings into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions and drive improved performance. Providing actionable recommendations to stepchange the team's performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales management team to align on performance improvement strategies and ensure the team have the appropriate reports and dashboards to understand performance.
  • Assist in driving a high performance culture: Work with the sales management and leadership team providing the necessary tools and information to deliver effective performance conversations with their teams.
  • Performance Analyst Effectiveness: Lead and develop a team of 3 Performance Analysts ensuring a balanced level of support across the channels. Delegating the performance analysis needs as appropriate, driving consumable and actionable insight appropriate to the stakeholder.

What you’ll bring...

The successful candidate will have;

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Experience in using Salesforce for field sales performance analysis
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in presenting both virtually and in person with an ability to flex their delivery style to cater for the needs of the consumer
  • Line Management: Minimum 2 years experience of data analyst management experience
  • Technical: High level of technical capability across G-Suite and Microsoft products
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
