What we’re looking for…

The Systems Administrator is an entry level position which plays a pivotal role in ensuring our systems are set up to legally capture data, influence retailers and ensure our various field teams can be as effective as possible in each visit.

Influencing the delivery of our core business objectives:

- Market Share growth within Symbol & Independent stores

- Enhancing Visibility & Availability within Multiple stores

- Growing distribution, visibility & availability within Out Of Home and Wholesale customers

This role requires an understanding of business operations and processes to ensure the Performance Hub can effectively provide a service to our sales teams and their customers.

Your responsibilities will include...

As a Systems Administrator your responsibilities will include;

  • System Maintenance: Ensure that our systems are set up to collect agreed data metrics, reviewing regularly more effective ways to do so, and supporting any system upgrades to ensure all possible impacts are tested.
  • Territory Maintenance: Plan and implement agreed field sales territory changes across all impacted systems, minimising the impact on the sales teams.
  • Data Integrity: Review data quality in line with business expectations - highlighting potential issues and implementing required changes on the back of review.
  • Process Effectiveness: Review and propose improvements to system effectiveness, implementing any agreed changes.
  • System Knowledge: Fully understanding back office and field sales processes, assisting with training documentation and delivery, and maintaining and reviewing process notes for all core activities.
  • Performance Hub Support: Providing support across the Hub as and when required to ensure we are as effective as possible.

  • Team Player: Comfortable working both individually and part of a team
  • Technical Skills: Competent level of technical capability across G-Suite and Microsoft products
  • High Personal Standards: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
