Head of Sales - Grocery

Central London – 3 office days per week

£70- £80k plus bonus

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️ Proven experience in FMCG sales leadership, within a high-growth startup or challenger brand.

⭐️ In-depth knowledge of the UK grocery and food service landscape.

⭐️A track record of securing new grocery listings and driving sales growth.

⭐️Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

⭐️Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

⭐️Ability to work independently and own the sales strategy from day one.

⭐️Passion for food innovation, sustainability, and making a positive impact.

⭐️ Develop and implement a killer sales strategy to drive growth across grocery, food service, and beyond.

⭐️Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers while seeking out new business opportunities.

⭐️Lead commercial negotiations with retailers and guide the entire sales process from start to finish.

⭐️Provide critical insights into category trends, forecasting, and business planning.

⭐️Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution and success.

⭐️Deliver top-tier customer service and manage key accounts to build lasting partnerships.

⭐️Be the face of the brand at industry events, bringing energy and passion to every interaction.
