We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Business Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Manchester. This role is pivotal in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the internal sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular sales training and mentoring for team members.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage client information and track sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the business solutions or B2B sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
