Role Overview


The Sales Manager is a key position in the Secret Society Organization.


They develop and implement a strategic sales plan, expand The Secret Society customer base and establish an exceptionally strong market presence. They are self-drivers that are driven to push the boundaries of what is possible to achieve.


They are expert relationship builders and networkers. As such, they are extremely well connected with the local market and bring with them a vast network in the Hospitality, F&B, PR, Marketing or Events Managements communities and are hungry to expand their network.


They are passionate about exceeding goals and driving revenue, relentlessly tracking their own sales performance and analytics.


The Sales Manager reports into the General Manager who is based in London.


The role will be based in London and will initially be focused on this market, however, scope may expand to cover other markets in region.


Responsibilities

· Build strong relationships with clients and key market actors

· Drive outstanding sales results through innovative sales strategies

· Identify business expansion opportunities, analyse market potential and target new business

· Understand customer needs and requirements and translates these into profitable solutions for both the customer and the company

· Liaise with Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for the clients.

Skills & Experience

· Significant experience in one or more of the following preferred industries (ranked) in order of preference :

· Must have extensive experience in the local market they are working in

· Have a charasmatic personality, with experience in building lasting, profitable customer relationships

· A driven self-starter with a proven track record in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in reaching sales targets

· Advanced organization skills

· Problem solving aptitude

· Fluent English language proficiency
