Hours: full time Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Salary: Highly Competitive Basic Salary with a Generous OTE and Bonus Scheme in Place

The Role
Due to expansion an exciting and new opportunity to Marshall has arisen to work within our Group Used Car Division. We are looking for an experienced Sales leader to join Marshall Motor Group where you will be focusing on Used Car Performance, driving and motivating to hit initiatives and working closely with our General Managers and Sales Teams. Reporting to the Group Used Car Director, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and will involve regular travel across our network of stores. With an exciting year ahead and this area of the business growing you will also have the chance to build, recruit, coach and implement your own team as part of this position.
What you’ll do
•Lead and mentor our Regional Team consistently ensuring that Group and Brand Standards are met to the highest standards.
•Supporting and liaising with our General Manager’s across the Group, designing and rolling out initiatives to support performance
•Ability to analyse, research, and collate data and insights from a range of channels, presenting back information using different presentation tools
•Foreseeing potential challenges and using initiative to bring motivation and new ideas to your team and division.
•Taking and following up on actions decided at various meetings will be part of the role, so too will reporting back on progress and escalating issues.
Who you are
We are looking to speak to you if you are currently in a Head of Sales or Divisional Sales position within a franchised dealership network. In addition to your previous experience, you will demonstrate:
- A track record of delivering turnover and net profit growth
- A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to influence change and lead remotely
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
