Until recently, this address was home to one of the country's foremost recording venues. We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Night Manager to join our Truly Talented team.
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and Night Manager this is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for career growth and for the opportunity to lead a hardworking team.

Your role
Assist the Night Manager to oversee the entire Night operation to maintain high standards. You will lead by example and greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone.
You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop.
Responsibilities of an Assistant Night Manager will include but are not limited to:
• Work closely with Night Manager to implement and maintain standards of performance procedures to ensure that the department runs effectively and professionally, creating a welcoming environment and providing extraordinary customer care.
• Engage and build relationships with colleagues, regular guests, first time guests, residents and non-residents, quickly assessing guests needs and flexing style appropriately.
• To deliver an outstanding welcoming experience to our guests.
• Ensure that through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality, incredible experiences are created, and a great reception and welcome is delivered for everyone
• Undertaking Duty Management shifts as required.
• Assist with Concierge duties and valet parking requirements when offered.
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
The core skills and experience required to succeed
• 2 years' experience as Assistant Night Manager in a lifestyle/luxury environment.
• The ability to support the team in the delivery of Reception and Arrival standards and extra-ordinary customer care.
• Exceptional customer care skills with the ability to deliver problem solving and service resolution and recovery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with everyone.
• Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
