Assistant Night Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team at Rethink. As a key member of our night operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our hotel during night hours, including managing front desk operations, supervising night staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage night staff, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking in guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the hotel is secure and well-maintained during night hours, including conducting regular checks and reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and high standards of service.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of night operations, including guest feedback, complaints, and staff performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- High standards of customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for guests.
