This is a full time role / Hybrid working in our Northampton and Farringdon offices
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth in a rapidly evolving landscape? We are hiring for a Marketing and Sales Director to spearhead our strategic initiatives and elevate our brand as the gold standard in Early Years and Work and Family Solutions.
In this key leadership role, reporting to the UK MD, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, both in the UK and US, develop cutting-edge marketing strategies, and enhance customer experience across B2C and B2B platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in generating leads, managing a high-performing team, and positioning us as the trusted partner in local and workplace nurseries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven marketing and sales leadership experience.
- Modern commercial leader who thrives in hands-on roles, effectively engaging with both board and team.
- Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams, with a strong track record in driving growth.
- Strong background in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing marketing and communication for complex brands, covering B2C, B2B, and thought leadership.
- Data-driven approach with a customer-centric mindset.
- Background in the service industry, adept at enhancing customer experience for both corporate and direct clients.
- Skilled in integrating digital technology into marketing strategies.
- Experienced in developing services and customer experiences through data insights.
- Familiar with managing market research and customer insight to guide positioning and product development.
- Holds a postgraduate degree in marketing or business management, or CIM equivalent.
