About the Role

The Nitty-Gritty

As our Marketing Director, you will:

  • Lead and mentor our talented marketing team, fostering their development and ensuring strategic alignment across all initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand, drive guest engagement, and boost revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure marketing and sales efforts align seamlessly, especially in our Food Halls.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Maintain quality control in all marketing communications, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.


Deal Breakers

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the restaurant sector.
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant marketing budgets and drive brand growth.
  • A genuine passion for food and drink that transcends professional boundaries.
