Who we are:

As D&D Londons first hotel, South Place Hotel is quite rightly something special: boutique, luxurious and fresh faced. Described by Wallpaper magazine as Miami via Moorgate, the hotel has 80 guest rooms, Michelin starred Angler restaurant as well as 3SP restaurant and five bars. With an array of meeting and event spaces as well as the stunning Secret Garden and rooftop terrace

overlooking the Capital.

With over 30 diverse venues across 6 cities including London, New York and Paris - there is a restaurant for every occasion. Each of our sites pride themselves on the unique designs, the freshest produce and the most exclusive settings. Founded in 2006 by David Loewi, the mission has always been the same, to provide each and every guest with a luxury experience when stepping foot into our restaurants, bars and hotel. Through the years we have paved the way in the luxury dining scene, acquiring some of the most iconic venues in London and beyond, venues such as Bluebird Chelsea, 100 Wardour St, Quaglinos, 20 Stories, Orelle and South Place Hotel.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for a passionate Pastry Sous Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Pastry Sous Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to lead the brigade in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the Head Chef and restaurant management team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
