Your Role


• Securing orders and delivering sales through effective project management and taking full responsibility for agreed projects.

• Engaging with designers on projects from the early design stage with a clear focus on our Face mix and premium products to generate specifications and new opportunities.

• Increasing volume, revenue, and margin of Brett Landscaping product ranges through the generation of new business within the residential market in line with company targets and budgets.

• Developing plans to identify, target, and build relationships with high-end house builders and developers.

• Serving as the key external contact for house builder customers within the South & East region.

• Assisting in developing key marketing and customer communications, targeting specific sectors or customers.

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure all opportunities are prioritised and priced to the targeted timescales.

• Effectively utilising available tools to find sales leads (ABI, Google, Trade Press, CRM), targeting opportunities by product, sector, geography, and customer.

• Proactively contacting prospective developers to research projects and providing regular feedback on market activity, trends, and competitor information to influence future campaigns.


About You


• Established sales experience, ideally within the housebuilding or construction sectors.

• Proficient project management skills with the capacity to take full ownership of projects.

• Strong leadership and influencing abilities, coupled with high energy and self-motivation.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage a territory.

• Valid driver's license and a readiness to travel extensively.
