You’ll be instrumental in working directly with the end-user customers and authorised Aston Martin dealers in driving customer satisfaction through your ability to communicate and connect. You’ll have a solution-focused mindset where you’ll work with a team of dedicated individuals to manage customer cases in a timely and sensitive manner, updating the case management system regularly.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you are trusted to provide excellent service, have the courage to face difficult situations head-on, and have the unity to work effectively with your team. You will thrive on providing customer satisfaction and relish the opportunity to be a key player in delivering first-class service.
We are looking for a confident, driven, organised, motivated person with a can-do approach. You’ll have exceptional communication skills and have the confidence to challenge and persuade where required. You’ll have excellent time management and organisational skills as you’ll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines using your judgement and pre-empting any issues before they may arise. You’ll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The Key Requirements...
- Experience in the automotive industry and vehicle repair at either the dealer or manufacturer.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Willing to engage directly with end-user customers in sometimes challenging and sensitive situations.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Degree educated or have sufficient experience gained within a similar fast-paced role within a premium/luxury automotive sector.
