Everdurance is a sustainability-focused company located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Originally established to eliminate single-use plastic water bottles from running events, we have expanded our vision to encompass a variety of industries. Our goal is to provide sustainable water cartons as an essential alternative for businesses in hospitality, catering, distribution, government, charity, and events.


Role Description

As a Sales Account Manager for our sustainable drinks wholesaler, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and managing key customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and nurture new sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.


Working within a small and flexible team, you will have the autonomy to manage your accounts and make strategic decisions that benefit the business. Your consultative selling approach will enable you to understand customer needs deeply, allowing you to offer tailored solutions that align with their sustainability values.


In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales activities are in sync with our brand's messaging and promotional strategies. Your duties will include managing the sales pipeline, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and regularly analyzing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.


We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, coupled with a results-driven mindset, is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer satisfaction, account management, and customer service

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability awareness is a plus
