Your new role
You will be part of a core in-house Facilities team, supporting approximately 800 members of staff across three buildings in West London (Kensington), and one building in East London (Shoreditch).
This is a truly varied logistics role centred around the provision of a highly professional level of service, including reception duties, distributing post, portering, couriers, supply of stationery and ensuring that the facilities required by colleagues are available, and they are supported seamlessly. This role is suitable for a professional and positive coordinator who understands the value of customer service and the difference that this can make to their colleagues. Working with people at all levels in a fast-paced dynamic environment and part of a focused and dynamic team, this multi-skilled role provides an exciting opportunity to make a difference.

This position will require being in the office 5 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
Computer literature, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft, including Word and Excel, is essential. Experience of using Google Docs, Mail, Calendars preferable Effective communication skills on the telephone, via email and face to faceAbility to provide routine oral and written information clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detailThe ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external clients at all levels. A proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment is essential.Experience in meeting room set upReception/Front of House ExperienceExperience booking couriersWhat you'll get in return
