We are delighted to be working exclusively with an independent PR consultancy, in their search for a talented PR Account Director to join their team.

Established for over 30 years, this ambitious agency has carved out their niche, and specialise in working with equally ambitious, independent minded businesses within the tech, built environment and healthcare sectors.


Description

Working alongside the MD, as PR Account Director you'll be involved in all areas of the agency, from managing clients through to creating engaging copy, and you'll be the font of knowledge when it comes to job flow and account performance.

Day to day your responsibilities will include:

  • accountability and ownership of client relationship
  • managing and developing junior team members
  • devising, planning and delivering PR and content strategies
  • daily line management of workflow, mentoring and team development
  • press and media relations and securing coverage
  • thought leadership


Experience

This is a rare opportunity to join a well established and thriving agency, with the potential to progress into a senior leadership position. You'll be a natural 'plate-spinner', who brings ambition and organisational skills to the agency.


To be considered for this position, you'll need:

  • exceptional writing, journalistic and digital content skills
  • top notch client management skills
  • a track record of success within PR ideally gained agency side at Senior AM or AD level
  • B2B PR/content experience ideally within tech, built environment and/or healthcare
