What You'll Do:

• Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail, dispatch outgoing mail, and handle certified packages.

• Office Upkeep: Maintain the physical appearance of the office, identify cleaning needs, and ensure conference rooms are set up and cleaned after events.

• Employee Support: Troubleshoot office equipment issues, manage daily office moves, and keep supply and kitchen areas stocked.

• Service Coordination: Log and track priority packages, schedule pickups and deliveries, and respond promptly to service calls and emails.

• Team Collaboration: Provide holiday cover and support for the Office Management/Facilities team as needed.
