About the Company:
The client is a Domino’s Pizza franchisee, operating a chain of Domino’s Pizza stores in the UK. The company is well established with over 15 years of experience in the industry. All aspects of business are undertaken at the head office in Chertsey, including payroll, accounting, marketing and support for the 600 plus staff that work across the stores. The environment is fast paced and exciting as the business is going from strength to strength and in growth mode. Great opportunity to join at this exciting phase in the company’s evolution.
Please note the role is 100% office-based.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sales and purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash Reconciliation
- Preparing suppliers payments
- Preparing weekly reports, administration and other duties as required
- Recording and reconciling companies credit card/petty cash.
- Posting and Processing staff expenses
- Ad hoc analytical reports and projects
Experience required:
· Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper /Assistant Accountant
· Ideal candidates will have previous accounts experience either in an Accountancy practice or in industry where the company was part of a group or was split departmentally, and multi-site experience is advantageous
· Part Qualified level or actively studying towards accountancy exams preferential
· Experienced in Xero and Sage an advantage
