  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across all formats.
  • Create social media strategies and engaging digital content.
  • Brief design teams and freelance designers for campaign visuals.
  • Identify and build partnerships for key titles and authors.
  • Coordinate with media agencies for advertising campaigns.
  • Briefing design assets and managing the creation of top-quality visual assets for campaigns
  • Writing engaging and selling copy for advertising, social posts and imprint e-newsletters
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing



Skills and Experience:


  • Essential marketing experience in publishing.
  • Creative vision, digital expertise, and strong communication skills.
  • Desirable experience in Amazon and social media advertising.
  • Interest in social media and new digital marketing opportunities
  • Experience of direct-to-consumer strategy desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and copywriting abilities.
  • Understanding of design software (InDesign/Photoshop) is a plus.
