We are currently recruiting for The Residence Floor Manager at The Londoner. The Residence is a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room and The Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests every work and leisure needs.

Overview:

  • We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager at The Residence at The Londoner.
  • As Floor Manager you will be responsible for directing the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
  • You will ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
  • You will implement and develop strategies for improvement where necessary alongside the management team.
  • Be responsible for ensuring staff training plans are in place for new team members alongside the Bar Manager.

About You:

  • In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends.
  • To be considered for this role of Floor Manager you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills and precision.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations.
