We are currently seeking an organised individual to join us as a Customer Account Coordinator at our site in Derby.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will work alongside our Incora customer team, providing first class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed.

You will be the person who helps to resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion. This role will be varied by nature but will mainly involve orderbook management, analysing future risk data and monitoring the team Inbox.

About You

You will be exceptional at working on your own initiative, have good Excel skills, be able to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and have an ability to prioritise workload.

We are especially interested in people from a supply chain background where interfacing with customers was a key part of your role.
