The role has 3 key components - 1) Graphic Design, 2) Photography, 3) Video. Key responsibilities include:

  • Film, Edit Videos, and Produce Podcasts: Create engaging video content and podcasts for social media, pitch decks, and our website. Your videos and podcasts will showcase our brand values, highlight our successes, and engage our audience with compelling narratives.
  • Photography: Document events, and immortalise company moments. Your photographs will reflect our clients dynamic culture and be used across various platforms.
  • Design/Artwork: Create visually appealing and on-brand static graphics and artwork. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and Figma to develop content that enhances our video and photographic materials.


We want the successful to be creative:

  • Idea Generation: Develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our audience and build our brand. Your strategic thinking will ensure our visuals are not only eye-catching but also aligned with our clients goals.
  • Brand Builder: Strategise and execute content that enhances our brand’s narrative, ensuring consistency in tone and style across all visual materials.


We want the successful candidate to be collaborative:

  • Proven Experience: you'll have strong experience in content creation, including video production, photography, and graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to create dynamic videos, compelling photographs, and visually appealing static graphics.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with internal teams and freelancers.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
