Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Manchester, England (Hybrid, Tue/Wed/Thur Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM UK time (Half-day Fridays)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate appointments through outbound prospecting.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new business leads.
  • Learn and apply strong selling and influencing techniques to engage prospective clients.
  • Meet weekly goals, including making 60+ prospecting calls per day to develop a client base.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience.
  • Recent graduate ready to launch a career in business development.
  • 0 to 3 years of sales experience (B2B experience is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent communication, Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growth.
